Positive: It was spacious for this location. Good coffee was provided. The manager was responsive and dropped off a second fan, albeit, the day after we had communicated about the uncomfortable heat.

Negative: The biggest issue was the unbearable heat upstairs, and only one bedroom had a fan upon arrival. (And I generally prefer warmer temperatures, even in the low 80’s.) Next issue was the low water pressure in the tub (I didn’t realize a showerhead was nonexistent). The “water hose” looked to be leaking and there was no enclosure like a curtain or door for the tub. Luckily, the tub didn’t look as dirty as the kitchen sink or the apartment floors. And the odor when you enter the building smells like a dead animal so it was very off-putting. At least, inside the apartment didn’t smell.
